Meeting single rich men seems to be the holy grail for many women. But I certainly don’t blame them if they want to do the best they can for themselves. After all, as they say,”"It’s as easy to fall in love with a rich man as a poor one.”
I found this very informative report that shows where the best cities are for meeting single rich men. Unfortunately the information is somewhat dated. 2004 to be exact. But I’m sure it is still somewhat relevant.
Here is where you can find the original report titled “Where to find a rich, single man in the United States” from http://www.teasley.net/richman.doc . I have summarize it here.
| Overall Ranking | City | Never Married Ranking | Adjusted Income Ranking | Male to Female Ratio |
| 1 | San Francisco Bay Area | #1 | #2 | 140% |
| 2 | Anchorage, Alaska | #41 | #6 | 150% |
| 3 | Washington DC – Baltimore | #23 | #2* | |
| 4 | Sheboygan, Wisconsin | #158 | #1 | 180% |
| 5 | Naples, FL | #150 | #31 | 170% |
| 6 | Twin Cities (Minneapolis, St. Paul, MN) | #24 | #5 | 130% |
| 7 | Rochester, MN | #86 | #9 | 140% |
| 8 | Boston, MA | #9 | #11 | 120% |
| 9 | Fort Walton Beach, FL | #126 | #78 | 200% |
| 10 | Dallas, Texas | #49 | #18 | 140% |
Never married ranking is the US ranking % of population never married, 25-34 age group.
Adjusted income ranking is a combination of income and cost of living for the city.
Male to female ratio is of course the number of males to females. The higher the better for women. For example 140%% means 14 men for each 10 women. 200% (Fort Walton Beach, Fl) means 10 men for every 20 women, or 2 to 1 men to women. The higher the ratio, the easier it will be to meet men.
I finding single rich men is a priority to you, and you have the means, then moving to a city with better prospects is certainly an option.
Good luck and happy hunting…
